Album Approval

Approvemyalbum.com is a site where you can post your completed album design for approval by your client. The pages will be numbered so if changes are needed they can easily reference these when communicating with you. Naturally, these numbers will not be on the finished product.

Here is how it works:

  1. You will choose the Approve My Album catalog file in the software. (Click Sizes, Catalog and Approve My Album)
  2. Next you will create your order using our templates or your own pre-designed layouts, order your album and submit the order to the lab.
  3. Once you receive notification that your album has been posted. You will then sign in at www.approvemyalbum.com to name your event, authorize drop shipping (optional) and activate the event for your client to view.
  4. Notify your couple with the address to www.approvemyalbum.com along with their album name and the password (optional). They will get a nice animated album to flip through and view the pages in sequence. If they see something they'd like to change they can click the 'Please Change My Album' button at the bottom and give you their recommendation. If they like it they click "I Approve My Album!".
  5. If they click the "I Approve My Album" button then the album will be released into production. You will receive an email once the couple has released the album. After we produce it we will send it to you or send it to the address listed in the optional drop-ship feature. All done!
  6. Should they need changes made they will notify you via email. You will de-activate the event, make the changes in the approve my album catalog.
  7. On the review order page you will reference the original album order number. Complete and send the order. We will add the new pages to the approval site. You will login, take the new layouts and swap them with the old ones, and call your couple to let them know of the update.
