What is included in the price of the professional wedding album?
The price includes the album, prints, assembly, cover imprinting, presentation box, soft black album sleeve, and shipping to the photographer.
What is the thickness of the wedding album pages?
The pages of each wedding album for professional photographers are a medium thickness and somewhat rigid in their flexibility.
What is the turn around time?
All professional photography albums are shipped out within 3 business days of your order.
Can the pages be changed if I make a mistake?
No. Once we've cut the page edges to be flush it is not possible to replace one with another print.
Do you check cover spelling?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change the spelling of the cover imprinting. What you type in our software is loaded directly into the imprinting machine.
Do you offer professional photography sample albums?
Yes, we do offer professional photography sample albums. Sample albums can be ordered at any time, any color, any size, and any quantity for 50% off the standard price. Please note: we do imprint "Studio Sample" on the outside back cover of all sample albums.
Do the prints get trimmed?
To make a flush-edged album like the Tuscany, we have to shear the edges. We have our shears set to cut 1/8" on the top, bottom, and the edge opposite the spine. Please allow for this trim when placing your images near the edges of your layouts or our templates.
Do you ship albums outside of the country?
Yes. We use USPS flat-rate boxes to ship to most countries. Contact customer service for the current rate to your country. Most international countries range from $30-$38.
Do you offer a design service?
No. Not at this time.
Can I send in prints to have you assemble them in a Tuscany Album?
No. We print everything in-house.
What are the wedding photography album covers made out of?
The black, white, red, pink, and blue albums are a rich, leather-like material that look and feel like real leather wedding photo albums. The slate is made of a smooth, slick material with a metallic blue/gray appearance. The brown is a brushed cloth material that resembles suede.
Do you offer leather wedding photo album covers?
Yes! At this time, our leather wedding photo albums can be ordered in various numbers of sides depending on the dimensions of the album.
Is there a limit to the number of images I can use?
No. There is no limit to the number of images you can use. You are free to include as many images per layout. Only the number of sides in the album is limited.
Can my brides create the order themselves?
TuscanyAlbums.com sells professional wedding albums direct to photographers. We do not encourage couples to use this site for ordering.
Can I order from my own template layouts?
Absolutely! If you are using your pre-made templates, you should save them as a flattened JPEG first. Then you can add them to the album order using our #000 Full Page layouts in either the Single or Panorama version. We also provide nearly 200 pre-made templates that are customizable to fit all your design needs.
